Returns & Exchanges

At Vortex, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach peak performance, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include any accessories or manuals that came with the product.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
